PhD candidate in ECE at Carnegie Mellon University, advised by Anthony Rowe (since August 2022).
Previously, I did my undergrad in ECE at CMU (graduated May 2022).
I am fortunate enough to be supported by the NSF GRFP.
My current research centers on the design and evaluation of networked graphics systems, with an emphasis on real-time and distributed rendering for XR platforms. I am particularly interested in alternative scene representations for streaming interactive 3D content that move beyond conventional video encoding. More broadly, my work spans visual computing systems, addressing challenges at the intersection of rendering, networking, and perception.
Some keywords that show up in my research: remote/split rendering, reprojection, image-based rendering, geometry streaming, motion-to-photon latency, disocclusion handling, Quality-of-Experience (QoE).
